This is the basic smoothie recipe that I like making in the mornings. I make small adjustments every now and then according to the ingredients I have available. If you try this recipe, go ahead and use any other berries you have available or choose some peaches.
(I had to learn the different measurement meanings so in case you’re not familiar with them either, ts= tea spoon, i.e. the small spoon, tbs= table spoon, the one you use for the soup, pinch means just a little)
- 1 dl strawberries frozen
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbs oatmeal flakes
- 1 ts chia seeds
- 1 tbs Maca powder
- 1 tbs Lucuma powder
- 1 tbs soy lecithin OR 1 tbs raw virgin coconut oil
- 1 egg white OR 1 tbs rice protein
- 1 dl vegetable milk, f.ex. rice-hazelnut works well
- 1 ts pollen
- 1 ts raw cacao powder
- pinch of Himalayan salt
You can top it off with anything that you like! I like to leave my smoothies thick so I can eat them with a spoon.
